is hosted at a world-class data center built with redundant systems, diverse fiber entrances and isolated power distribution to give our customers the utmost in security and reliability. We are connected to the Internet via multiple-redundant OC192 (full-duplex fiber-optic connections) through multiple backbone providers: the data center utilises connections to multiple backbones to ensure that data reaches the end-user in the fastest, most efficient manner possible.

Each connection is directed by redundant BGP4 (Border Gate Protocol) routers: The BGP4 protocol is a standard that allows for the evaluation of each packet of information sent out from our Network. Each packet of information is evaluated and sent over the fastest route possible. Because of our redundant network architecture, packets may be sent via alternative routes even if they are being delivered to the same end user! This also allows for packets to be redirected via another route if network congestion on the public Internet becomes overwhelming.

To ensure the safety of your data the data centre where our Network is housed is fitted with Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) and diesel generator backup, protecting you from power failures. High quality components are also used in order to minimise the risk of failure. The network data centre also has comprehensive physical security; advanced fire-suppression systems, smoke & moisture alarms, redundant air-conditioning systems, steel mesh reinforced walls & steel entry doors, motion sensors and security cameras.
